Our teammates, The Thompsons, abruptly lost their financial support just over two months ago. They left their home here in Lima with the hopes of returning to it as soon as possible. They flew back to Texas and started blazing down that fundraising trail once again. We, as a team, have no doubt that Lima is where the Lord wants this family to be and we know He is providing a way back for them. We have missed them terribly and it has been a rough journey for them. As always, times like these are opportunities to build our trust in our God and strengthen our faith. Will you consider joining us in prayer and think about helping the Thompsons get back to Lima?
In less than three months Justin and Alison have raised seven months of their salary for 2011 and their entire working fund for 2011 as well. Only God can do this! He continues to graciously provide for them! We know that God is in control. And we also know that He knows our hearts and desires. We desire for the Thompsons to be able to join us back in Peru as soon as possible. Even as early as January of 2011. That’s really soon, people.
Getting straight to the point, here is how you can help make this happen.
1. Gifting them with one month’s salary ($4400).
2. Gifting them with one week’s salary ($1015).
3. Gifting them with one day’s salary ($145).
4. Pray and get the word out as they try to find a church family to be their main supporting congregation starting the year of 2012.

have you all considered getting a paypal account set up for donations (for the whole team…or even members of it). easier for people wanting to donate than egive. many people would probably already have paypal accounts they could use. and it allows them to pay from credit card if they prefer rather than direct to bank account. just a thought to make it easier for people to give.
